I originally started my artistic journey learning to paint Landscapes in Watercolours. I loved it, from trees, lakes, skies, to the reflections in water. I enjoyed weekend retreats at Strawberry Creek and was totally immersed in taking 100’s of pictures as references to paint the beauty of the fall colours in our great outdoors.

I learned how to use the principles of design in my compositions. I also travelled to BC and was inspired with the Cathedral Cove Forest, the Salmon Runs and the interesting Tidal Pools of the Pacific Ocean. I explored our extraordinary Edmonton River Valley in my next adventure into Landscapes. I was amazed and inspired with the unparalleled beauty in our own background.
